Open a listing and pay in FramX. Stripe processes the card. After you pay, the same account unlocks the library here and in the iPhone app.

Confirm your email, then go to Profile → Become a Creator. Complete the same setup as the iPhone app, then set up payouts to sell.

Open Profile → Creator Hub → Payouts. Add a US bank account (free, 1–3 days) or a debit card (minutes, with the instant fee shown in Payouts). That screen is only for receiving sales, not for buying training.

FramX keeps 10% of the listed price. Card processing (2.9% + $0.30 on US cards) also comes out of the creator’s payout. Buyers still pay the listed price. Instant debit withdrawals have a separate fee shown in Payouts; bank withdrawals are free.

Videos can be up to 1 hour and 20 GB. 1080p landscape is best. Stay on Wi‑Fi for large files.

If you subscribed on the website or through Stripe, go to Profile → Payments and tap Cancel. You keep access until the paid period ends. Tap Keep before that date if you change your mind. If you subscribed through Apple on iPhone, manage it in the App Store. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase — it does not renew and does not need to be canceled.

Digital training is generally non-refundable once access is delivered. Cancel a subscription anytime and keep access until the paid period ends. Send a message from Help & Support within 7 days if you paid but could not access the content because of a FramX technical problem, a double charge, or a listing that was not what it described.

An internet connection is required to stream.

Open a creator and tap Report or Block. Blocked creators disappear from Home and Explore. Unblock them in Privacy & Security → Blocked Accounts.

On sign-in, tap Forgot password? We’ll email a one-time link that expires in one hour. Open it here or on iPhone, then choose a new password. If you’re already signed in, go to Privacy & Security → Change Password.

Follows, new posts in libraries you subscribe to, new listings from creators you follow, purchases, sales, failed payments, and payouts. Open the bell on Home or Profile → Notifications. Turn types on or off in the gear on that screen.
